Diocesan Church Music Committee - who they are, what they look like

 

The Committee is appointed by the Diocesan Councils

 

 Ricky Rountree The Venerable Ricky Rountree (Chairman) is rector of the parish of Powerscourt with Kilbride & Archdeacon of Glendalough.  He has formerly been Central Liturgical Officer of the Church of Ireland and more recently Diocesan Director of Lay Ministry.
 Jacquelione Mullen Jacqueline Mullen (Hon. Secretary) is choir leader at St Patrick's Church, Greystones.  She teaches piano and the theory of music.
 Peter Barley Peter Barley was organist and master of the choristers at St Patrick's Cathedral, up to the end of 2009. He will leave Ireland for Canada in June.
 Judy Cameron Judy Cameron is organist and choir director at St Patrick's Church, Enniskerry.
 Maedhbh Daltún Maedhbh Daltún Abayawickrema is organist and choir director at Castleknock Parish Church, Dublin 15. She is head of a school music department.
 Randal Henly Randal Henly is organist and choir director at St Mary's Church, Howth. He is editor of the Committee's magazine Soundboard and is a retired secondary school teacher.
  Ciarán Judge is organist at St Thomas & St George's Church, Cathal Brugha Street. He is a statistician on the staff of the Central Statistics Office. 
  Ann Keary is organist and choir director at Kiltiernan Parish Church and is a member of the teaching staff at the DIT Conservatory of Music.
 David McConnell David McConnell is organist and choir director at Zion Church, Rathgar and organist at the Church of the Three Patrons, Rathgar Road. He provides financial services to arts organisations.
 Donald Maxwell Donald Maxwell is organist and choir director at St Matthias Church, Ballybrack.
 James Pasley James Pasley is one of the team of organists in the Lucan and Leixlip parishes. He is a Software Architect on the Integrations team for Workday Inc.
 Derek Verso Derek Verso is organist and choir director at St Paul's Church, Glenageary and choir director of the St Brigid's cathedral choir, Kildare. He is an organ builder and an arts adminstrator.
  Fraser Wilson has held musical positions in East Anglia, Scotland and Yorkshire, and is a former organ scholar of Christ Church Cathedral, Dublin. Having received prizes and a first-class honours degree in Music from the University of Sheffield, Fraser became Director of Music of St Bartholomew’s Church, Ballsbridge in May 2008. In addition to his work with the boys, girls and men of the church choirs, Fraser is a teacher, organist and conductor and enjoys working with musicians of all ages and backgrounds. He also composes and writes about music.
